Let us introduce you to the Reservation, cancellation and payment policy.
The room reservations must be made in a written form by e-mail or letter.
The reservation must contain the following information: a date, a number of guests, a payment method and requested services.
Booking is complete when a deposit payment is confirmed. If a booking is made by a telephone call or sent by email and the deposit is not paid in advance, the room reservation remains conditional and the room cannot be guaranteed. Booking confirmations are subject to the availability of accommodation in the hotel. If there is a lack of free rooms or other unforeseen circumstances take place, the reservation remains conditional. The reservation is complete only when a person is notified by the hotel about a booking confirmation.
By making a reservation, you are confirming that you are authorised to do so on behalf of all persons named in the reservation and you are acknowledging that all members of your party agree to be bound by these Booking Terms and Conditions. The hotel is not obliged to verify that a person making a reservation is a legal representative of guests named in the reservation. The payment obligations remain with a person making a reservation.
The booking cancellation must be always submitted in writing. The reservation can be cancelled for free 21 days prior to to the accommodation date.
In case of cancellations being made in less than 21 day, the following fees apply:
a. cancellation made from 14 to 20 days prior to the booked date – a fee is 50% of a total amount
b. cancellation made from 8 to 13 days prior to the booked date – a fee is 70% of a total amount
c. cancellation made from 0 to 7 days prior to the booked date – a fee is a full amount
If you wish to book the whole hotel and organise events, a deposit of 50 % of a total amount is required to be made.
The deposit cannot be refunded in case of cancellation or amendments!
